     World Brain Tumor Day [8 June]

     World Brain Tumor Day is observed every year on 8 June with the aim of raising worldwide awareness about brain tumors. Brain cancer is the world's fourth most serious and common cancer, and is expected to become the second most common cancer by 2030. There is a need to find a cure for this disease, and World Brain Tumor Day is a step in that direction.

     The idea for this day was conceptualized by the German Brain Tumor Association in 2000. In this article, we have shared further information about World Brain Tumor Day, including its theme, history, and significance.

     Every year a new World Brain Tumor Day 2023 theme is announced by the German Brain Tumor Association. The theme revolves around sharing information about brain tumors and ways to deal with them medically, physically, and emotionally. The World Brain Tumor Day 2023 theme is yet to be announced.

     Last year, the theme of World Brain Tumor Day 2022 was "Together We Are Stronger." This theme aimed to bring a sense of togetherness among people dealing with brain tumors.

              World Brain Tumor Day: What is Brain Tumor--

     A brain tumor can be simply defined as a massive growth of abnormal cells in the brain. There are different types of brain tumors, some of which are benign or non-cancerous, while others are malignant or cancerous. World Brain Tumor Day raises awareness about this disease as well as its symptoms and treatment.
