तुला जाणवत का रे...
        चांदण्यांना हि वाटत असेल
     कधी चंद्राजवळ जाव..?
                दूर असूनही
           फक्त त्याचाच रहाव..?

असच होईल ग..
        मनात आणशील तर
     हे तारांगण फुलेल तुझ्या अंगणी..
                सौभाग्यवतीच्या कुन्कुवासमान     
           शोभून दिसेल शुक्राची चांदणी...
