मित्रो,

     आज दिनांक-०८.०३.२०२२, मंगलवार है. यह दिन "जागतिक महिला दिवस" के नाम से भी जाना जाता है. "प्रत्येक वर्ष 8 मार्च पुरे विश्व में महिलाओं के योगदान एवं उपलब्धियों की तरफ लोगो का ध्यान क्रेंदित करने के लिए महिला दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है, महिला दिवस मनाने का मुख्य उद्देश्य नारी को समाज में एक सम्मानित स्थान दिलाना और उसके स्वयं में निहित शक्तियों से उसका ही परिचय कराना होता है।" मराठी कविताके मेरे सभी भाई-बहन, कवी-कवयित्रीयोको इस दिन कि मेरी हार्दिक शुभेच्छाये. आईए पढते है, इस दिन पर लेख, जIनकारी,निबंध,भाषण,शायरी,शुभकामनाये,स्टेटस इत्यादी.

My dear friends and respected guests,

     Today on Women's Day, I would like to draw the attention of all of you to a very important subject. This topic is women empowerment. This word is most commonly used. First of all, women have to recognize the power within themselves. Empowerment comes from inside us. If this feeling of self respect will be there then your outer world will also be directly affected by it. It is true that women have to prove themselves but if they look at things in a positive way, then problems will also be solved. Empowerment is an idea, which can only be launched with firm determination on the ground. Women will have to awaken their inner power on International Women's Day Women need to learn to build confidence in themselves. Learning skills is necessary to become more influential. Let us all pledge on today's Women's Day that we will help the women around us and the family to become fully empowered.

     Whenever Women's Day comes, we are silent only by praising women, but on this important day we should focus on some meaningful and serious things. The most important thing for women is to improve their economic understanding and condition. Although the number of employed women has increased today, but women who do not work should learn financial planning. If she learns to save then she will be able to bear big expenses later. For example, it is a challenge to deal with big expenses like buying a house, education of children and this can be solved only when women are able to do financial planning. Today, it is very important for women to be assured to give an honorable, safe life. Women should be aware of life insurance, mutual funds, post office savings scheme, health insurance, term insurance, savings schemes of banks and invest money in it as per their convenience so that their economic future can be secured.
