Name- Jayaprakash Narayan / जयप्रकाश नारायण
Born- 11 October 1902-Sitabdiara, Bengal Presidency, British India
Died- 8 October 1979 (aged 76)-Patna, Bihar
Field- Politics, Social Work
Nationality   - Indian
Achievement- Best known for leading the mid-1970s opposition against Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, for whose overthrow he called a "total revolution" / "Sampoorn Kranti" /" सम्पूर्ण क्रांति".In 1999, he was posthumously awarded the Bharat Ratna, Awarded the Magsaysay award for Public Service in 1965. Patna Airport is named after him. Was popularly called as JP, Lok Nayak.
