पहिल्या थेंबाचा महिमा मोठा,
अर्थ: (पोलिओच्या) पहिल्या थेंबाचे महत्त्व खूप मोठे आहे,
Meaning: The glory of the first drop (of Polio vaccine) is immense,
प्रत्येकाच्या आयुष्याचा तोल सांभाळतो वाटा.

अर्थ: ते प्रत्येक व्यक्तीच्या जीवनाचा समतोल राखायला मदत करते.
Meaning: It helps balance the path of everyone's life.

आई-वडिलांनो, ऐका ही हाक,
अर्थ: सर्व माता-पित्यांनो, हे आवाहन ऐका,
