५. पाचवं कडवं (Fifth Stanza)

युवकांना होते, हा आजार जास्त,
अर्थ: हा आजार तरुण वयातील लोकांना (युवकांना) अधिक प्रमाणात होताना दिसतो,
Meaning: This disease affects young people (youth) more often,

त्यांनी ठेवावी डोळ्यांची निगा, नको त्रास.
अर्थ: म्हणून त्यांनी डोळ्यांची काळजी घ्यावी, जेणेकरून त्रास होणार नाही.
Meaning: Therefore, they should take care of their eyes, avoiding trouble.

चष्मा, लेन्स बदलताहेत वारंवार,
अर्थ: चष्म्याचे नंबर आणि कॉन्टॅक्ट लेन्स वारंवार बदलावे लागत आहेत,
Meaning: If spectacle numbers and contact lenses are changing frequently,

तर नक्की करा तज्ज्ञांशी विचार.
अर्थ: तर ताबडतोब डोळ्यांच्या तज्ज्ञांचा सल्ला घ्या.
Meaning: Then definitely consult an eye specialist.

६. सहावं कडवं (Sixth Stanza)

एकमेकांस देऊया ही माहिती,
अर्थ: आपण एकमेकांना या रोगाबद्दलची योग्य माहिती (ज्ञान) देऊया,
Meaning: Let us give each other this information/knowledge,

डोळ्यांची काळजी घ्या, नाही कसली भीती.
अर्थ: जर आपण डोळ्यांची व्यवस्थित काळजी घेतली, तर कशाचीच भीती नाही.
Meaning: If we take good care of our eyes, there is no fear of anything.

दृष्टीचे महत्व मोठे, जाणूया आज,
अर्थ: पाहण्याची क्षमता (दृष्टी) किती महत्त्वाची आहे, हे आज आपण ओळखूया,
Meaning: Let us understand today the great importance of vision,

केराटोकोनस वर करूया मात, हाच राज.
अर्थ: केराटोकोनसवर विजय मिळवूया, हेच खरे मोठे काम (राज) आहे.

ज्ञानदानाचे काम आज करू,
अर्थ: आजच्या या दिनी जनजागृतीचे ज्ञान देण्याचे काम करूया,
Meaning: Let us do the work of imparting knowledge (awareness) today,

केराटोकोनसचा अंधार दूर सारू.
अर्थ: केराटोकोनसमुळे आलेला (दृष्टीचा) अंधार दूर करूया.
Meaning: Let us push away the darkness (of vision loss) caused by Keratoconus.

निरोगी दृष्टी, सुंदर जग पाहू,
अर्थ: निरोगी दृष्टीने आपण हे सुंदर जग पाहू शकतो,
Meaning: We can see this beautiful world with healthy vision,

आरोग्याच्या मार्गावर पुढेच राहू.
अर्थ: आरोग्याच्या (आरोग्यदायी) मार्गावर आपण नेहमी पुढेच राहूया.
